The company says it's due to the clocks going back and they are working actively to resolve the issue.
It's issued this advice for those who are affected:
For Fibre customers:
1) Power down your router
2) Power down your ONT
3) Wait for approximately 5-10 minutes
4) Reboot your ONT
5) Reboot your router
For Copper customers:
1) Power down your router
2) Wait for approximately 5-10 minutes
3) Reboot your router
