Devices being banned elsewhere
The Isle of Man should follow the UK's footsteps and ban shock collars.
That's according to the ManxSPCA, after it was reported England is to ban the devices.
The collars, which trigger electric shocks to animals, are already banned in Wales.
Scotland has begun moves towards stopping dog owners using them, too.
