Manxman sailing cancelled following late arrival into Douglas

Vessel assisted by tug as she came into harbour

This morning's Manxman sailing to Heysham has been cancelled.

The Steam Packet has confirmed this is due to a technical issue, and follows the vessel's late arrival into Douglas this morning.

The overnight crossing took longer than normal, with a journey time of five hours, while Manxman was assisted into the harbour by a tug.

The 3.15pm service from Heysham has also been cancelled.
