Music group to perform Christmas classics
The Manx Youth Band is hosting its Christmas Cracker open day this afternoon.
The group will be performing festive classics and there's an opportunity for those attending to have a go themselves, as well as chat with band volunteers.
The event is open to people of all ages, with the youth band, Manx Concert Brass and the learner group all giving demonstrations.
The open day takes place at the Jim Crosbie Memorial Bandroom on Derby Road in Douglas from 2pm to 5pm, with tea, coffee and mince pies provided.
