Pelican of London sails into Douglas
A group of Manx pupils have had the chance to tour the Irish Sea in the tall ship Pelican of London.
The vessel sailed back to the Island over the weekend having taken the group of youngsters from Liverpool to Wales and back to the Island.
A youth initiative, organised by Isle of Man Maritime, gives young Islanders the chance to take part in voyages on the Pelican and learn about life at sea.
This week families have been able to explore the vessel - which was built as an Arctic trawler in the late 1940s - whilst it was berthed in Victoria Pier.
