Chief Minister confirms a study is already underway
The creation of a housing association on the Isle of Man would be welcome but it must not be a backdoor towards privatising social housing stock.
That's according to members of the Manx Tenants' Union.
Chief Minister Alfred Cannan revealed on Manx Radio's Breakfast show that a study is underway to determine whether the Island needs a housing association:
