UPDATE: Manx Telecom says the issues affecting fixed line services have now been resolved.

Manx Telecom says its engineers are working 'area by area' to restore fixed line services.

A number of landlines have been down across the Island since this morning.

The company says there may be some loss of service in parts which were previously unaffected as the work takes place.

Manx Telecom has been providing periodic updates on its social media pages.
