Charlie Shimmins on winning team for opening round
A Manx student and his team made it through their first match on University Challenge last night.
Charlie Shimmins is representing Queen's University, Belfast, on the popular, long-running BBC show.
Queens comfortably beat Sussex University on last night's show to progress to the next round.
Charlie even took advantage of some knowledge of his home to help answer one of the questions:
