Two Manx road racers have highlighted the power and importance of talking therapies.

Marcus Simpson and Grant Thomson have opened up about the more challenging side of the sport; acknowledging the mental struggles they've both had over the years.

On the Island, the Dan Kneen Charitable Fund set up TORQ to support those impacted by serious racing incidents.

Grant and Marcus say therapy has helped them navigate some difficult moments:
