Manx Retirement Association Annual BBQ

The Manx Retirement Association are a thriving organisation that organises a large variety of functions throughout the year. After a recent number of tours here at Manx Radio for the members, we were delighted to be asked to attend the annual summer barbeque 28th June.

The event took place at Mooragh Park in Ramsey and was, as always a sell out. Members were treated to the normal barbeque fayre cooked on open grills and with the weather being kind to us, everybody thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

We are looking forward to later in the year when Chris Williams has been asked to attend a luncheon where he will be guest speaker during a presentation about the radio station to members.
