Chief Minister says licensed trade needs time to prepare
Pubs on the Isle of Man should be able to re-open by the end of the month.
That's according to Chief Minister Howard Quayle.
Cafes and restaurants are able to serve customers again in outdoor seating areas, but pubs can only welcome punters if they're buying food.
Mr Quayle says it's important to give the licensed trade enough notice:
