Nursing Institute praises Island's ethos
Nurses in the Isle of Man are valued more highly than their UK counterparts, according to an industry body.
The Queen's Nursing Institute spent last week meeting staff and patients here, where it praised the level of 'passion and community spirit' evident in the Manx system.
It comes a week after unions confirmed a 2.5% pay rise for Island nurses, pending ministers' approval.
