Local produce on the supermarket's shelves after six-year absence
Manx meat will be on sale in Tesco from today.
Isle of Man Meats and the supermarket have reached an agreement for the produce to be sold in its Douglas store for the first time since 2013.
The initial range will include beef carvery joints and whole shoulders of lamb, with plans to introduce more in the future.
Government figures show the Island's food sector is worth more than £160m per year, with supermarket sales accounting for 80% of this.
To celebrate the partnership, a chef will be cooking with local meat in store from 1.30pm today.
