Marine scientists are working with the National Oceanography Centre, and Swansea University, to explore the Island's role in the fight against climate change.
In a short film, released by government, the experts highlight the Manx Blue Carbon Project which is collecting data on life in Manx territorial waters.

Once the information is gathered it will be used to create a marine management plan.
