Manx Gas is 'fully up to date’' with its own bills to Manx Utilities.
That's the assurance from the chief executive of the parent company Islands Energy Group.
Earlier this year a Freedom of Information response revealed the company hadn’t paid all of its invoices in full or on time – with Manx Gas’ debt peaking at £9 million in April.
Gas prices on the Island are due to rise by more than 40 per cent in September.
