OFT chair praises price drop
The chairman of the Office of Fair Trading has welcomed the latest changes to Manx Gas prices.
It comes after the utility provider announced it's going to cut prices by 3.5 per cent from January 1st.
David Quirk faced criticism for remaining tight-lipped after Manx Gas first revealed a new pricing structure in November.
He's broken his silence after the most recent news, however.
He says the change will save the public money:
