Healthcare board's chief executive says it's not able to put an offer on the table
Manx Care's negotiations over pay and conditions with nurses are being hindered by not knowing how its offers compare to other professions.
That's from the healthcare board's chief executive as it remains in dispute with members of the Royal College of Nursing over the 2022-23 pay award.
The RCN announced three further days of strike action in response to the dispute, with the first walkout taking place next week.
