Plans for a temporary facility in the north were approved earlier this year
Manx Care patients who receive dialysis will be able to find out more later this month about the healthcare provider's plans to return services to the north.
The board will be hosting patient listening sessions to hear more about patients' concerns, improve communication and support patients throughout the transition.
Those who live in the north and need dialysis currently have to travel to Noble's for treatment, but plans for temporary facilities at Ramsey and District Cottage Hospital were approved in the summer.
At a public meeting in August, it was stated that the mobile unit should be running within three months.
The listening sessions will take place between 2pm and 4pm on the 15 and 28 October as well as 9 November at Noble's Hospital's Renal Unit, with Community Cafes at Ramsey Town Hall between 10am and 12pm on 30 October and 27 November.
