Former MEDS doctor will be clinical lead for the practice
Manx Care takes over the running of Ballasalla Medical Centre from today.
It comes after the practice that had been operating the GP service for the village handed back its contract.
Dr Martin Rankin, who previously worked as a GP in MEDS, will be the clinical lead for the practice.
Administrative staff who were employed by the practice have been offered contracts with Manx Care.
