Could still be delays while staff catch up on backlogs
IT systems across Manx Care, including GP practices, have now been restored.
It's after a global outage last week affecting millions of Windows users.
However, it's likely there'll still be delays as staff work through the appointments backlog and pharmacies catch up on processing repeat prescriptions.
The healthcare provider's asking for understanding while it catches up.
It's also asking anyone with issues logging into the Patient Access system not to call their GP practice for help with this, which it says will help teams to work through their appointments backlog more quickly.
Manx Care says the issue should resolve itself in a day or two.
