Described as a 'family man' - Manx Care confirms he's died after a short illness
Manx Care has confirmed the death of its Chairman Andrew Foster CBE who's died following a short illness.
In a statement issued this afternoon, the health body has praised his 'warmth and wisdom' saying 'at his heart' he was 'a family man'.
As a chairman, it says Andrew led the Manx Care Board with 'clarity of thought, and compassion for patients and service users.'
