Teresa Cope gives evidence to Tynwald Public Accounts Committee
Manx Care's chief executive says she felt 'undermined' by politicians over plans to cut some of its services.
The healthcare provider had issued an embargoed press release on 15 January outlining the 'urgent measures', but has told a Tynwald committee that the Department of Health and Social Care asked to delay its publication.
