
Kevin Atherton has exhibited and performed around the world
Work by a Manx artist is currently on display at the National College of Art and Design in Dublin.
Kevin Atherton was born here in 1950 and completed his Foundation Studies at the Isle of Man College of Art in 1969 before building a career in the UK and Ireland.
He has exhibited and performed around the world; including at the Museum of Contemporary Art San Francisco, Tate Britain, and the Museum of Modern Art Vienna.
His work is featured in the new exhibition 'Why be an artist?' alongside work by Isadora Epstein, Gary Farrelly, Séamus Nolan and Grace Weir.
It is open to the public until 15 February 2023.
