Former employee alleges personal data was sold on dark web
A former Heron and Brearley employee has claimed his personal information has been sold on the dark web after a cyber hack.
Phillip Collins says he was contacted by the company to inform him his passport, and bank details, had been compromised.
He left H&B - which operates pubs, SPAR convenience stores and garage forecourts - last year and has criticised the delay in informing him of the data breach.
Phillip told Chanelle Sukhoo that he's now facing issues starting a new job:
Manx Radio has contacted Heron and Brearley for a response – we are awaiting a reply.
