30-year-old pleads not guilty to provoking behaviour
A Douglas man's denied launching an unprovoked attack during a night out with friends.
Thirty-year-old Jake Stephen Ford of Hillberry Heights appeared before magistrates at Douglas courthouse.
He pleaded not guilty to provoking behaviour in St Thomas’s Walk in Douglas on 14 February.
The court heard he’s alleged to have thrown punches and tried to headbutt a man after drinking with friends in Sam Webbs.
He was bailed until 3 September, when he'll appear in court for a pre-trial review.
