Affray accused to be sentenced
A Douglas man who admits a charge of affray is due to be sentenced today (Tuesday).
James Fitzgerald of Woodville Terrace threatened neighbours by brandishing kitchen knives through a window on July the 14th.
The 44 year old's advocate admitted the defendant behaved in an ‘extremely foolish manner’.
Fitzgerald will appear before Depuity High Bailiff Jayne Hughes.
