Michael Ashton has pleaded not guilty
A man's been remanded in custody as he awaits trial on a charge of assault causing actual bodily harm.
34-year-old Michael Gregory Frank Ashton of College View has pleaded not guilty to the offence, alleged to have happened on 30 March.
He appeared before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse, but made no application for bail.
Mr Ashton is due in court again on 16 May, when he'll appear via live link from the Isle of Man Prison.
