19-year-old to stand trial in July
A man from Douglas is facing a trial in July after pleading not guilty to failing to provide a blood sample when asked by police.
James Anthony Crook appeared before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas Courthouse.
The 19-year-old was due to stand trial on 17 April, but his case has now been put back and will now be tried on 8 July.
Mrs Hughes bailed him to appear on that date.
