27-year-old threw girlfriend's phone out window
A Douglas man has agreed to be bound over to keep the peace after a row with his girlfriend that saw neighbours call the police.
Twenty-seven-year-old Jack Anthony Willis Hutchinson of Lheannag Park appeared before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas courthouse.
He was charged with using provoking behaviour at his home on 16 August after a row escalated to the point where he threw his partner's mobile phone out of a window.
Ms Hughes bound him over to keep the peace for a year in the sum of £500, and prosecution advocate Rebecca Cubbon withdrew the allegation.
