Allegation dates back to December
A Ballaugh man's appeared in court charged with failing to bury an animal carcass.
Forty-four-year-old John Edwin Christian, of Mountain View, appeared before magistrates at Douglas courthouse.
The allegation dates to 16 December but Mr Christian hasn't yet entered a plea.
Magistrates bailed him in the sum of £500 to appear in court again on 12 August.
