Residents asked to check vehicles
Police are reminding motorists to ensure their vehicles are locked, after a man was captured on CCTV attempting to enter parked cars.
The incident happened in the early hours of Saturday (30 March) when the individual was seen trying the door handles of cars parked around Ballabrooie Way, in Douglas.
He failed to gain entry to any vehicle and has subsequently been arrested and charged.
Residents around the Ballabrooie area are being asked to check vehicles for obvious signs of entry or missing items and report anything they find to police headquarters on 631 212.
