Police want to speak to a man who was reportedly causing a disturbance in Osborne Grove, Douglas, on Saturday morning.
It happened between 8am and 8.30am.
The man is described as being in his mid-20s, with short dark hair.
He was wearing jeans and a grey zip up jacket.
