Fifty-year-old due in court later
A Douglas man accused of causing unnecessary suffering to his dog will appear in court later today (Thursday).
The pre-trial review will be heard in the case of 50 year-old Ross Ward, of Quines Corner at Douglas Courthouse.
He denies the offence against his West Highland Terrier on October 26th last year.
It's alleged he didn't provide the correct skincare, bathing or grooming for his pet.
