Court date to be fixed
An 82-year-old man will appear in court accused of historical sex offences at the former Knottfield children's home in Douglas.
A fresh criminal investigation by the Isle of Man Constabulary has resulted in charges being brought against the individual, who has not been named.
The offences in question were allegedly committed in the 1970s and 80s.
