Claims plans weren't acceptable for staff
South Douglas MHK Bill Malarkey has dismissed public criticism of his decision to vote against proposals to make Tynwald members and public servants pay for parking spaces.

But he says it’s not that he’s unwilling to pay, simply that the plans weren’t acceptable for staff.
But what does he make of the public anger over the issue?
