Drop-in sessions offer info and advice to shoppers
Be persistent and make sure you see your GP if you're worried about cancer symptoms.
That's the advice from the Isle of Man Anti-Cancer Association ahead of a series of sessions offering advice to Manx residents.
The charity will be taking an ambulance to four branches of Shoprite to give locals an opportunity to ask questions, seek guidance on symptoms and have their blood pressure checked.
Sandy Denning from the Association says anyone with symptoms must get checked out:
The sessions are taking place between 10am and 4pm at:
- Port Erin on Monday
- Ramsey on Tuesday
- Peel on Wednesday
- Victoria Road, Douglas on Thursday
The charity will also be in Douglas Town Centre today for its annual flag day between 10am and 4pm.
