Infrastructure Minister confirms main works will begin soon
The main works for the Douglas promenade regeneration are due to start by the end of this month.
That's from the Department of Infrastructure Minister Ray Harmer.
Preparation works are currently being undertaken around the old Summerland site, and outside the Villa Marina.
Mr Harmer says the main works are about to begin:
