The family of Lucas Martin say they're proud his story has saved someone else's life, although admit they still "miss him terribly".
The 21-year-old, known as Looky, died suddenly in September last year from meningitis.
A local family recently revealed his story inspired them to get their dad's symptoms checked, saving his life.
