Would reduced speed limit encourage more cycling?
An MHK wants to know whether the Isle of Man plans to introduce a lower speed limit in towns to encourage more cycling.
Middle member Bill Shimmins told the House of Keys the World Health Organisation recommends a speed limit of 20mph in urban settings.
He asked the Chief Minister whether changes could be made on the Island to make it safer for cyclists.
