The chair of the Planning Committee says while he isn't happy with parts of the Lord Street Development plans, he thinks it's 'a great scheme' overall.
Yesterday, the 12-storey multi-purpose development was given the go-ahead by the board.
As part of the approval, it was agreed that 'commuted sums' to affordable housing and public open spaces will be capped at £1.1 million and £473,000 respectively.
