Chief Minister says good news for Douglas
The proposed new development at Lord Street is much needed and will provide opportunities.
That's the view of Chief Minister Howard Quayle following a leak of the plans to Manx Radio on Thursday.
A £25 million hotel and cinema complex will be built subject to planning approval.
