Meeting held at Braddan's Roundhouse to discuss ways to tackle 'Island-wide' issue
Representatives from third sector organisations across the Isle of Man say loneliness is an Island-wide problem and one that doesn't just affect the older generations.
Manx charity Live at Home has hosted a drop-in session at the Roundhouse in Braddan to discuss ways to tackle the issue and to prevent people becoming isolated.

She says while carers often work with people, a state of caring report for 2024/25 revealed 40 percent of them are lonely or isolated:
