Telstar satellite brings broadband to millions in Asia-Pacific region
A satellite company headquartered on the Isle of Man is celebrating its role in the deployment of the largest commercial communications satellite ever launched.
ManSat worked with long-term client Telesat on the successful placement of its Telstar 18 Vantage satellite, which has the ability to bring advanced broadband services to hundreds of millions of people across the Asia-Pacific region.
ManSat CEO Chris Stott says TeleSat was their first ever client and his company form part of long line of organisations involved in getting a satellite into space.
