The mother of a Liverpool man who's recovered from a rare condition is offering her help and support to a Manxman struck down by the same one.
Alex Keenan, who's 37 and from Port St Mary, has been left paralysed from the neck down by Guillan-Barre syndrome.
He's currently on a ventilator in a Liverpool hospital, with his family unsure as to what the future holds for him at the moment.
