Ground-breaking ceremony commences construction
Following the Manx government's purchase of the Steam Packet, buying the site for the new Liverpool landing stage was the logical thing to do.

The £38 million project is due to be completed by summer next year.
Mr Quayle says being in control of the entire route makes sense:
Senior medical leaders 'reject' results of rapid bed review
Ramsey Commissioners looking for planning approval for new social housingĀ
Students split on prospect of under-16 social media ban
Return of popular charity walk for Sight Matters
