Treasury says 'some' legal and professional fees are being covered through the Capital Contingency Fund
The infrastructure minister says Treasury has approved additional costs linked to the Isle of Man Ferry Terminal project, amid an ongoing legal dispute.
An unresolved disagreement between the Department of Infrastructure and delivery partners means the final cost of the landing stage cannot yet be disclosed.
Tim Crookall was unable to confirm which budget the extra money is being drawn from.
