MHK addresses Tynwald inquiry
An MHK who sparked a review of Tynwald's branches has given evidence in the Lisvane inquiry.
Douglas West's Chris Thomas debated the subject with cross-bench peer Lord Robert Lisvane about why he's pushing for reform.
The Council of Ministers commissioned a report on potential improvements, which is expected next month.
