More than 300 households benefit from initiative
Nearly 2,000 free LED light bulbs have been handed out to people with low incomes.
It means close to 400 households have been able to make an average saving of about £120 a year on electricity bills.
However, the government scheme was launched in July 2018, and Manx Utilities Chair Dr Alex Allinson admits take-up has been slower than expected:
