Vessel in difficulty off Bradda Head
Two passengers had a lucky escape after their yacht got into difficulty in southern waters yesterday.
Lifeboats from Port St Mary and Port Erin were called out to help the vessel shortly before 10pm.
They found the boat - which had come from Ireland - around a mile off Bradda Head.
Fortunately, the crew managed to pull their yacht out of trouble and return to port unaided.
