Douglas lifeboat was launched yesterday (27 May) to go the aid of a yacht with power problems.
The call out for the all weather lifeboat Sir William Hillary came at 10.50pm, when the vessel, which had left Barrow earlier in the day bound for Douglas, lost all power just as it was entering Douglas Bay.
The yacht and its two crew was safely towed into Douglas to a berth in the inner harbour.
